If I am a dues paying member, but my friends are not do I have to pay to use the hardwood courts?
No, however your friends must check in at the Front Desk and fill out a Guest Waiver?
Can I pay in cash each month?
No, you can pay cash in advance for a Yearly Membership or you must use a valid credit or debit card that dues will be drafted from on the first of each month.
When are dues taken out of my bank account?
Dues are taken out on the first of each month. If your account overdrafts and payment has not been posted after 3 days your card will be suspended until payment is made.
How do I cancel my membership?
We need 30 days written notification to cancel your membership. You can find cancellation forms at the front desk.
I cancelled my membership, but was still charged on the 1st. What’s the deal?
As mentioned above, we need 30 days written notification to cancel your membership so your membership is valid for 30 days from the date we receive your Cancellation Form. The amount that was charged is a pro-rated amount based on the date you cancelled.
What is the Enrollment Fee for a Membership?
As a small business, we simply charge $10 per Fitness Access card.
Can I pay cash for the Enrollment Fee and first month of dues?
Yes! We do need a valid credit or debit card on file to continue membership as dues will be drafted on the first of each month, but you may pay with cash or check for the first month (pro-rated) and for any Enrollment Fee.
My brother and I are 27 and 26 years old and want to sign up as a Family Membership…is this ok?
We’d love to have you! However, you must both sign up as Individual Members. A Family Membership is considered you and your spouse and all children living in the household under the age of 24 years old. Immediate family only- no aunts, grandmas, uncles, cousins, etc. are included in a Family Membership.
My girlfriend and I are a couple and have been dating for two months. Can we sign up as a Couple Membership?
If you and your significant other can show some form of proof you are financially obligated to each other you are more than welcome to sign up as a Couple Membership. If not, we welcome you to sign up as Individual Members.
